MEET
BIANCA & RANI
Bianca and Rani met while studying a Bachelor of Graphic Design at Swinburne University’s School of Design. After graduating, they gained a wealth of experience working across various design and advertising agencies throughout Melbourne. Rani successfully ran her own graphic design business for ten years, while Bianca freelanced before helping manage her husband’s business. Eventually, they reunited at Eduworks Resources, where they combined their talents to form a formidable in-house design team.
After their time at Eduworks, they realised that as a duo, they could effectively merge their complementary skills, and that’s how Brink was born! The name blends their initials, B and R, into a word that perfectly reflects their shared style, work ethic, and life experience.

Meet
BIANCA
​A natural investigator, Bianca has a sharp mind for understanding how things work. Her highly organised and methodical approach allows her to break down complex problems with ease. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating efficient systems and procedures, she brings clarity
and structure to everything she touches. Whether she’s troubleshooting or streamlining workflows, Bianca’s precision and insight make her an invaluable asset to Brink Studio. She lives and breathes order, logic, and strategic thinking.

Alongside her extensive experience as a graphic designer, Bianca has a unique creative flair and a passion for crafting personalised gifts. From intricate family board games to beautifully designed albums and custom packages, her creations are always thoughtful and full of heart.
When she's not at Brink headquarters, Bianca enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and two teenage daughters or catching up over a meal or drink with friends (she loves a chat!). She also loves eating pizza, drinks way too much tea and Coke Zero, and has a special talent for booking tickets to any musical or show!

RANI
As a graphic designer with ADHD, Rani's superpower lies in her ability to hyper-focus and generate bold, unique creative concepts that stand out. She channels her energy into design work with intense concentration, allowing her to dive deep into projects and bring fresh, original ideas to life. Her neurodivergent perspective fuels her endless creativity, helping craft visuals that are not only eye-catching but also impactful.

Rani brings a fearless imagination, a love of colour, and an ever-evolving artistic eye to everything she creates. Her passion for thoughtful design, paired with boundless creativity and enthusiasm, makes her an essential part of delivering stand out work at Brink Studio.
When she's not at her Mac, or ubering her two teens around, Rani spends her spare time fulfilling whichever artistic or creative fascination she happens to be indulging. There have been many obsessions, so just to name a few: painted woodwork, abstract painting, various illustrative techniques, pom-poms, tassels, arty mobiles, orange house decor, Fimo clay creations, art dioramas, sequinned gem abstract pieces, children's picture book illustration, repurposing furniture and 70s inspired decor,
digital art and illustration and the list goes on!​
