Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or error
- Your order number
We’ll either replace the item at no additional cost or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Change of Mind or Custom Orders
Because prints are made to order and often custom-sized, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
